Ruth Oluwole

Welcome! I’m Ruth Oluwole, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents and adults.

With over eight years of nursing experience across acute care, hospice, and behavioral health settings, I understand that every person’s mental health journey is unique. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your treatment.

I earned my Bachelors in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at Abilene, and my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning. My approach combines clinical expertise with collaboration, education, and shared decision-making to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their mental well-being.

I have experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, and other mood and behavioral concerns. I work with each client to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their goals, values, and lifestyle.

Whether you are seeking support for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I look forward to partnering with you to help you build resilience, improve your quality of life, and achieve your wellness goals.
